Lovely night in Manchester to celebrate Mike’s 21st birthday we went for a lovely 3 course meal and then back to Mikes for a house party! Gorgeous food and company. Particularly loved my nails as well which i did for the occasion using Gosh nail glitter.
Monday night i spent with the girls in New Moon, a new Thai place in town for Ruth’s birthday. The food in there was absolutely amazing, i ordered Duck spring rolls to start and then red Thai beef curry and sticky rice. Did not regret my choices one bit although i think my dress was a little tight so i couldn’t finish it all. Always love going for a food and wine with the girls and having a catch up because in the week we all get bogged down with work sometimes we don’t get to have a proper chat about stuff so i really enjoyed it. Topped off my night with a cheeky French Martini which went down an absolute treat.
Ruth loved her presents thank god :) Good choices by moi.
Went back into work for the first time since Christmas at the weekend which was so lovely. Few dramas have happened but obviously nothing concerning me so all is good, Amanda’s baby bump is showing now which is all so exciting, so happy for her she’s wanted this ever since i met her.
Had the worst night sleep though at my Nan’s as my Grandad sleep talks, sings, shouts you name it he does it so it always means its so hard to drift off. Nightmare.
Didn’t actually do much on Saturday day to be honest, a little bit of work but not enough for my liking which turned into a trip to The Trafford Centre for birthday shopping. Got Ruth’s presents which consisted of lots of Cath Kidston things including a travel wallet for her trip to NYC on Thursday! (sooooo jealous) Went to Sam’s cousins birthday Saturday night which was lovely until i was introduced to Gin and it was downhill for me from there. Lets just say me and Gin do not mix, still a good night though! :)
Lounged on the sofa Sunday being lazy watching Take Me Out and Stuart Little, havent seen that film in absolutely ages. The weekends always flyby when i want them to go slower, so unfair.
Got lots of my essay wrote up on Monday though which was great after a tragic incident which my blackberry on Sunday night, all is replaced and functioning now so that is no longer an issue, thank-god. Felt like someone had chopped my right arm off without my Blackberry!
Slightly got distracted this afternoon just messing around in my room which isn’t great as i needed today to be very productive and it’s only been slightly productive. Going home tonight because i work Fridays now which is great for the money but it’s cutting down my full days of working and getting these essays done before Easter! Going to spend tonight at my Dad’s doing straight work as it will be an empty house because he is off to watch Noel Gallagher in Birmingham, so hopefully get a bit done there. Maybe i’ll have to work saturday day aswell before we go out? Shall see, not a fan of doing work at the weekend one bit.

Love Cher Lloyds hair at the moment, wish i was brave enough to have the chop. For some reason my hairs looking very red at the moment, haven’t dyed it in ages think i’ll have to go a shade lighter next time?

I’ve had one of the laziest days ive had in a long time but it doesn’t even phase me that i’ve done no work because i had a lovely day. Browsing clothes online now because i’m excited for things happening in the next few weeks, i cannot wait!!!
Just checked out Victoria by Victoria Beckham and i was so disappointed by the collection, it’s not at all what i expected it to be. Burberry Prorsum Autumn/Winter 2012-2013 is right up my street. Summer hasn’t even arrived and i’m excited for Winter because of this stunning collection.
